We were entrusted with the successful delivery of a large-scale modular installation at a school in Warwickshire – a multi-million-pound project that required meticulous coordination across multiple disciplines.
The aim was to provide the school with modern, flexible teaching facilities through a turnkey modular solution.
The project began with extensive enabling works to prepare the site for the new modular buildings.
We constructed a new access road to improve site logistics and long-term accessibility. All essential services were installed, including water, power, and drainage connections, ensuring that the modular units were fully operational from day one.
A key element of the infrastructure was the installation of a large attenuation tank to manage surface water runoff effectively and support sustainable drainage. To enhance pedestrian access and safety, we constructed macadam footpaths linking the modular blocks with the rest of the campus.
Externally, the buildings were finished with sleek modern cladding, giving them a polished, professional look that complements the existing school environment. Internally, we carried out a complete electrical fit-out, powering classrooms, science labs, administrative offices, and communal areas – all tailored to the daily demands of a busy educational setting.
The result is a set of high-quality, future-proof modular facilities that now play a vital role in Myton School’s operations, supporting both current and future generations of students.
At MSE, our approach is rooted in detailed planning, open communication, and a deep understanding of our clients’ operational needs – especially in live education environments.
