New electrical and fire alarm installation of office premises, the project had a tight program with the client having to vacate existing premises, but MSE delivered the works on time. New split load metered distribution to part L2 of building regulations installed new linear bar luminaries along with LED down lights and architectural designed pendant light fittings. Small power via flush outlets to perimeter and 3 compartment floor boxes. Fire alarm installation to L2 standard with automatic detection and notification via sounders and visual beacons
